In his time as an A&R Manager at EMI Music Australia, Will has led album projects for nationally beloved acts such as Meg Mac and Bella Taylor Smith, as well as the signing and development of fast-rising young stars such as Matthew Ifield.

At the same time, he has leant his skills in creative strategy, design, editing and animation to global campaigns for the likes of Troye Sivan, Lorde, Empire Of The Sun, Alison Wonderland, Paul Kelly and more.
