Paul Clements is Chief Executive Officer of the Music Publishers Association Group (UK), representing the rights and interests of music publishers, songwriters and composers across the UK music industry. With over two decades of experience at PRS for Music, Paul has worked extensively across performing rights, membership, international licensing, and mechanical rights.

Renowned for his strategic leadership and deep expertise in copyright and licensing, Paul is a vocal advocate for the value of songwriting and the economic rights of creators. He brings a unique commercial perspective to the judging panel, shaped by years of championing music creators and negotiating key industry partnerships that ensure songwriters are fairly paid for their work.
