Through editorial playlists, global initiatives like RADAR and Fresh Finds, and local programs such as Turn Up Aus, she helps unlock strategic opportunities for artist development and music discovery.

Previously, Leah was Spotify's Executive Producer for Podcasts, where she developed original content, commissioned creator programs, and supported podcast teams in maximising their reach and impact on the platform. A passionate advocate for artist education and industry collaboration, Leah is dedicated to building sustainable careers and sharing insights across the music ecosystem.
